Please note some internship abroad placements may need candidates to have completed upper-level courses in the respective area, possess specific set of skills, and/or be capable of demonstrating knowledge. Here is a sample of what tourism global internships abroad can entail.

Position Description

Dive into the world of Tourism, where the focus is on creating and managing unforgettable travel experiences for leisure, business, and exploration. Some duties may include but are not limited to:

1. Supporting Tour Planning: Contribute to tour planning by organizing itineraries, arranging transportation details, and ensuring all necessary materials are prepared for tours.

2. Coordinating Visitor Information: Aid in coordinating visitor information by updating brochures, maintaining displays, and ensuring that guests have access to accurate and timely information.

3. Participating in Customer Service Efforts: Engage in customer service by answering basic inquiries, providing directions, and assisting with booking requests at tourist information centers.

4. Assisting with Event Preparation: Contribute to the preparation of tourism events by setting up venues, organizing materials, and coordinating guest registrations.

5. Helping with Market Research: Support market research efforts by collecting survey data, organizing feedback, and preparing simple reports on tourist preferences and trends.
